All the ups and downs, sideways and back that life has thrown at me has led me here. A place of wanting a deeper connection with myself and the world around me and sharing that with others. I love getting to know people and hearing their stories, and through those stories empowering people, young and older, to find connection with themselves to grow and believe they are worthy of love and light and all things nice.
Mental well-being is an ongoing process. One that requires patience, presence, support and understanding. No one has all the answers, but by wanting to understand yourself better, together we can find what works for you to live with peace and harmony within yourself and the life around you.
All services are LGBTIQ+, Neurodiverse and chronic illness friendly, and all female-identifying and non-binary folk are welcome!
